Reading, writing and arithmetic are obvious fundamental requirements for any working professional but for our role within the global oil and gas industry, ADIL promotes a further trifecta – the Three I’s


For us and our clients to remain competitive we have to be bold and develop new ideas, but we need to anchor these with experience to ensure the benefits will be delivered.


We derive value for the sum of the parts rather than single contributions. We maximise value by optimising each area in concert and not in conflict.


We incrementally improve everything that we do through the relentless pursuit of marginal gains.

You could add Integrity as fourth point to this list but any company worth its salt should have honesty among its core ethics as a given.

Having a sound business philosophy is the cornerstone of any successful organisation. The Three I’s epitomise our principles, beliefs and aims and underlie our practices and conduct and put the needs of our clients at the heart of everything we do.

They not only cascade throughout every activity within our business, they guide our customers and employees as to who we are and how we work.

They also help us build more meaningful, long term relationships. Good grammar and maths skills aside, that’s what’s really important to us.
